LaTosha Richards

LaTosha Richards is a mother of 3, community advocate, researcher, and founder of Heartfelt Connections, where she supports families through education and resource navigation. She serves as a member of LA County MotherBoard, a collaborative of Black mothers working to shape policy, improve systems, and advance equity through lived experience. Her professional and personal experiences have fueled a deep commitment to maternal health, disability advocacy, and community-centered solutions. As a mother of three, including a child with complex medical needs, she understands firsthand the importance of accessible, equitable systems of care. LaTosha is dedicated to amplifying community voices and helping institutions build trust, accountability, and lasting impact.
